Over the course of the 2008 presidential cycle, ATC will track (announced) candidate progress using the Presidential Stock Exchange or PSE. The PSE will track candidate progress using a combination of polling, news, general information, policy, and current trends.
Updates to the PSE will be weekly (and more frequently as information warrants).
